General Manager

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering product by car and to customer's door. Training and communication skills are provided on the job. Essential functions and skills include mathematical abilities, motor coordination, and computer skills. Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures, food odors, and physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Requires valid driver license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills and physical demands for driving and delivery are also required.
