Our client in Switz City, IN is seeking General Operators to join their Harvest Operations team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Job Title: General Operator

Location: Switz City, IN

Pay Range: $19.50/hour (shift differentials available)

Shift: Various shifts including 1st and 2nd shifts, 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Support crop inspection, maintenance, and inventory management during peak seasons
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, dryers, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with seed processing, labeling, packaging, and warehousing activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following safety standards
• Participate in seasonal harvest and packaging operations, adapting to changing schedules

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing on concrete all day
• Ability to read and write in English and operate basic computer functions
• Reliable transportation to the work site and punctual attendance
• Steel-toe boots and safety gear as required
• Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and rotational shifts
