General Surgeon | 450k | No Call | Vermont Lifestyle + Broad Scope Practice

This role offers the chance to step into a well-rounded, high-impact practice where you'll care for a wide variety of surgical needs while becoming a trusted provider in a close-knit community. Position Details:
- 40 hour work week (36 contact and 4 admin hours weekly)
- The opportunity to join a critical access hospital who is also an FQHC in rural Vermont, where you're not a number, you're a critical part of delivering necessary health care to a radius of many small, local communities

Provide a wide range of surgical and procedural services, including:
- Removal of skin lesions and soft tissue tumors
- Wound care management
- Comprehensive breast care
- Hernia repair procedures
- Gallbladder (cholecystectomy) surgeries
- Upper endoscopy (EGD)
- Colonoscopies
- Appendectomies
- Diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue and gastrointestinal cancers
- Colon and rectal surgeries

Compensation and Benefits:
- $400-450k base
- Citizenship incentive bonus up to $10,000 anually
