UVA Community Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established General Surgery team in Culpeper, Virginia.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a collegial, community-based surgical practice supported by three experienced General Surgeons and a dedicated team of nurses and medical assistants. The ideal candidate will play a central role in providing comprehensive surgical care, with responsibilities spanning outpatient visits, pre and post-operative management, and hospital consultations.

The Opportunity

  • Manage an outpatient clinic schedule averaging 18-22 patients per day

  • Conduct pre and post-operative visits and support physician clinic sessions

  • Participate in hospital surgical consultations alongside the General Surgery team

  • Provide care at Culpeper Medical Center

  • Work collaboratively with an engaged team of physicians, nurses, and medical assistants

  • Enjoy meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care in a community-based setting

  • No current scheduled call requirement

The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of $58.87 - $75.29 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
