General Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $268.69 - $290.85
This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 7a-3p, 40-hours/week
- Types of Cases: General Surgery cases and procedures
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-days
- Certifications Required: Board Certified in American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) within 3 years of residency
- Licensure Required: Must be licensed in Utah, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) eligible, meet credentialing requirements, including completion of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) residency program
