MFM Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our growing Women's Health and Gynecology team in Danvers, Massachusetts. The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including preventive care, family planning, management of common gynecologic conditions, and perimenopause/menopause care.
The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who is comfortable managing patients within the Physician Assistant scope of practice, performing office-based procedures, and collaborating closely with supervising and collaborating physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Essential Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive women's health assessments, physical examinations, and annual well-woman visits.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions, including menstrual disorders, infections, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and menopause-related concerns.
Provide contraception counseling and prescribe all forms of contraception, including long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC).
Deliver preventive health screenings, family planning services, and patient education.
Provide prenatal and postpartum care, including management of normal and high-risk obstetrical patients.
Order, interpret, and review laboratory, pathology, and diagnostic testing.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans and manage patient care in collaboration with supervising physicians and within Physician Assistant scope of practice.
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including:
IUD insertion and removal
Nexplanon insertion and removal
Endometrial biopsy
Other minor gynecologic procedures
Provide care through both in-person and telehealth visits.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Offer comprehensive gynecologic services for women throughout all stages of life.
Serve as a patient advocate and resource for women's health education and preventive care.
Preferred Skills
Experience performing colposcopy and vulvar biopsy.
Experience managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and menopause care.
Experience with women's health risk assessment and preventive care programs.
Experience serving as a first assistant in an Operating Room setting.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license.
Current NCCPA certification.
Current unrestricted DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR), or ability to obtain.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in Women's Health, Gynecology, or OB/GYN.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compensation
$120,000-$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Outpatient practice setting
