H2 Health SkillBridge Internship Program

This opportunity is exclusively available to active duty military members who are within the last 6 months (180 days) of their service contract and approved to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program.

H2 Health is a fast-growing Outpatient Rehabilitation company serving communities across 11 states. Through our SkillBridge program, we provide transitioning service members hands-on experience and a pathway into civilian careers in healthcare, technology, marketing, and administration.

• Business Intelligence
• End User Support
• Marketing Admin Social Media Marketing, Branding, Search Engine Optimization
• Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist Tech
• Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (licensure required)
• Occupational Therapy (licensure required)
• Speech Language Pathology (licensure required)
• Healthcare Administration
• Patient Coordinator
• Contact Center (Jacksonville, FL only)
• Billing / Credentialing (administrative)
• Community Outreach Specialist a blend of marketing and account management

Program Details:

• No fixed schedule hours and structure are tailored to the location and the service member's availability
• The majority of opportunities are in-person; remote options are extremely limited and available only in select cases
• Candidates should apply at least 6 weeks in advance of their desired start date, as placement confirmation and documentation processing require a minimum of 6 weeks
• Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with our recruiting team to ask questions throughout the interview process
