Early start between 5:00 AM-6:00 AM

Hand Solder Technician

What You'll Do
- Precision hand soldering under a microscope
- Read blueprints, assembly instructions, ECOs, and ECNs
- Complete engineering changes with minimal supervision
- Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Support production of high-reliability electronic products
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hand soldering or electronics assembly experience
- Ability to read and follow assembly documentation
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
- SMT experience is a plus
- Ability to read and write English
- Must be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Annual eye exam required

$22-$25 per hour DOE
