Head Of Real Estate Lending Technology

We are seeking an experienced Technology Leader to define and execute the technology strategy for our real estate lending business. This leader will be accountable for modernizing the real estate lending technology ecosystem, improving business outcomes, and delivering secure, resilient, and scalable platforms across the full lending lifecycle. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of real estate lending products and platforms with strong experience leading global teams, establishing product-centric operating models, managing strategic vendors, and applying data and AI to simplify processes and improve client and teammate experiences.

• Lead a technology job area that may include several teams specializing in engineering, infrastructure, architecture, security, operations, or analytics.
• Develop and implement short? to mid?term operational plans, ensuring alignment with departmental and enterprise technology strategies.
• Drive enhancements of processes, systems, and platforms to improve job area performance and contribute to department-level results.
• Solve difficult, multi-team problems requiring investigation, detailed analysis, and expert interpretation of data, system behavior, or technical landscapes.
• Communicate across the job area and with internal/external stakeholders, influencing decisions and advocating for modernization or optimization initiatives.
• Lead job area workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
• Steward budget and operational costs associated with the job area.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise technology governance, risk, and security policies.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Broad leadership and management experience leading complex technology operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational initiatives across multiple teams.

The annual base salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000.
