This cancer center operates as part of a large healthcare system and provides specialized hematology and oncology services within a structured outpatient clinical environment. The facility is supported by a team that includes three physicians, one APP, a dedicated RN Care Coordinator, and additional support staff to facilitate coordinated oncologic care delivery. Established clinical protocols are in place to support quality hematologic and oncologic care on a locum tenens basis.

Clinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a half-day allocated for administrative tasks. The position is primarily outpatient in nature; the APP on staff manages most inpatient care, and the clinician may be consulted for occasional inpatient cases. Call coverage is required as a component of this assignment and is structured at a 1:4 ratio. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
