About the Role
As a CNA/HHA at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medications and treatments as instructed
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our healthcare team
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a CNA/HHA
- Valid CNA/HHA certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
