Job Description

This role will oversee project management across multiple commercial projects, ensuring execution, safety, and schedule adherence.

Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as municipal, retail spaces, religious institutions, education, and hospitality

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of experience in commercial construction

Proven experience running ground-up or interior projects $15M+

Background in churches, schools, or commercial builds preferred

Strong leadership skills

Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented environment

Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project experience

Open to learning and implementing new technology (AI tools)
