We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Norristown, PA. This position offers 30 hours per week and is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated to making a positive difference in someone's daily life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to a client with IDD
• Assist with daily living activities and routines
• Support community engagement and social activities
• Ensure the client's safety, comfort, and well-being
• Follow care plans and document services as required

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

• Approximately 3035 hours per week
