Caregiver Position

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Companion care and emotional support
  • Meal planning and meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility assistance and fall prevention
  • Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care
  • Respite care for family caregivers
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
  • Passionate about providing exceptional in-home care
  • HCA, CNA, PCA, Nursing Assistant, or experienced caregiver preferred
  • Experienced in senior care, dementia care, memory care, or personal care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Authorized to work in the United States
