Home Health Aides are integral members of the Homecare interdisciplinary team and work under the patient's skilled supervising clinician to provide personal care to patients within their homes in a competent manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and experience in a patient care environment as an CNA.
- Active CNA certification required.
- Good organization and communication skills. Must relate well to others. Is able to carry out instructions.
- Ability to travel within the Middlesex County areas
- Valid driver's license
