Provide necessary care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional

Assist with medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties

Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs, to the supervising nurse or other healthcare professionals

Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with care and respect
