Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse

Well Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate Weekend Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health care to patients across North Carolina. In this role, you will conduct in-home assessments, deliver treatments and wound care, administer medications, and educate patients and families on disease management and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans, documenting in the EMR in compliance with home health and Medicare regulations.
