Most client visits are 13 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities depend on your certification level and may include:

• Companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is.72 cents per mile)
• Personal care, grooming, and dressing
• Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level:

• Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
• Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
• HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
