What your practice will look like:
Youll work overnight within a collaborative hospital medicine program supported by experienced Physicians and APPs. The practice model emphasizes teamwork, structured workflows, and operational support that allows clinicians to focus on efficient, high-quality inpatient care.

- $33,000 ownership opportunity for full-time APPs after 3 years

Requirements:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification
