Called to Care Residential Facility, LLC is hiring a House Lead!

We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and compassionate House Lead to join our team and help support the daily operations of our residential home.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage, coach, and support staff
• Ability to hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
• Dependable, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working with a diverse population and individuals with varying needs
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, schedules, and documentation requirements
• Willingness to assist with the day-to-day needs of the home and the individuals we serve

House Lead Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to staff
• Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned duties are completed
• Help maintain appropriate staffing and coverage
• Support the implementation of individual service plans and daily routines
• Ensure the home is clean, safe, and properly maintained
• Assist with documentation and communication with management
• Help train and mentor new staff
• Communicate concerns and incidents to management promptly
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life for the individuals we support
