Full-Time House Manager

Best Life is looking to hire a Full-Time House Manager. Assist with individual's daily needs including managing a team of direct support staff, communicating with care team, transporting to appointments, overseeing medication/cares within the home, following individual's care plan and documenting behaviors, providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication, helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment, providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active, help provide a clean and positive living environment for our Individuals, attend and support Individuals on outings in the community based on individual's needs and abilities.

$45,000+/year, gas money provided for driving to and from work as well as transporting the individual, full-time 1st shift or 2nd shift, no caregiving experience or CNA certification required; full on-the-job training provided, position located in Madison, WI, career advancement opportunities with a growing company!

Driver's license, car insurance and own dependable transportation, flexibility when it comes to filling open shifts in homes and covering call ins as needed, be a part of the on-call rotation (weekdays and weekends), live within 30 minutes of Madison, clean background check, ability to read, write and follow directions and care plans, proof of citizenship.
