Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced HVAC Tech to support our vibrant, guest-focused property in Welch, MN. In this on-site role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems serving our casino, hotel, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues, perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, and RTUs, and respond quickly to comfort and temperature calls. Working within a collaborative facilities team, you’ll ensure safe, efficient operations that uphold our guest-first, tribal values–driven culture.
