• No call responsibilities -- minimal OR time
• Primarily clinic-based OB/GYN coverage
• Approximately 150 deliveries per year
• Routine gynecology, prenatal, and high-risk pregnancy care
• Procedures: colposcopy, hysterectomy, minimally invasive surgery
• Skills required: amniocentesis, C-section, VBAC, LEEP, cryosurgery
• Laparoscopic procedures required -- tubal ligation, LOA, chromotubation
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
