We bring the mobile showroom directly to our customers, creating a convenient, personalized, and high-touch experience from start to finish. You'll drive our mobile showroom and walk into every appointment backed by a name the community already trusts. We provide a steady stream of leads to get you started, but our top earners don't stop there they build their own network on top of it, connecting with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to keep referrals flowing. Self-generated leads earn you an additional commission percentage, so the more you grow your own network, the more it pays off.

Conduct in-home design and sales consultations

Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections

Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget

Close sales by clearly presenting value and options

Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details

Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience

Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships

Flooring or construction knowledge is a plus
