JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow patterns and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect finished garments for defects
- Perform hand sewing for finishing touches
- Measure and mark fabric for cutting
- Maintain/Clean sewing machines and work area
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets
- Experience with industrial sewing machines
- Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and marking fabric.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
