Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit in Tulsa, OK. The RN delivers skilled, patient-centered rehabilitation care, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education. Collaborating with therapists, physicians, and support staff, the RN supports safe mobility, recovery goals, and discharge planning.
