Duties and Responsibilities

 



  • Generate quotes as required using Application Sheet to assist in obtaining service information from Customer.


 



  • Write Sales Orders as required.


 



  • Enter quote information into databases.


 



  • Request delivery from Production Manager.


 



  • Request special pricing from President.


 



  • Support Cryogenic Sales Staff when traveling, researching files, writing Customer quotes and sales orders.


 



  • Review assigned co-workers quotes and sales orders and same for other co- workers as necessary.


 



  • Generate quotes and write Sales Orders when co-workers are on vacation, sick or extended leave.


 



  • Provide technical support when possible. Interface with various departments as necessary.

  • Obtain drawings for Customers thru Design Drafter.


 



  • Obtain certificates for Customers thru Q.A. Manager.


 



  • Support Customers by researching files, pull and scan data when necessary.


 



  • Advise President of any errors found in price book.


 



  • Advise Associate Engineer of any errors found in quote program.


 



  • Advise Q.A. Manager of any product issues.


 



  • Advise Credit Manager of new Customer credit information.


 



  • Attend Sales Meetings and provide input.


 



  • Write ECPs when required.


 



  • File unique Customer requirements in specified book for reference.


 



  • Any other tasks required by Sales Support Manager, President, or CEO.


 


Authority Level

 



  • Approve or reject co-workers quotes and orders based on correctness when cross checking.


 



  • Offer discounts to OEMs and Resellers.


 



  • No bid RFQs when HFC is unable to comply with Customer Specifications.


 



  • Share technical information with Customers and Representatives.


 


Qualifications

 



  • Two year Business Degree and one year experience in Sales or four years experience in Sales. Technical experience is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Willing to go the extra mile for the Customer.
