We are looking to hire dynamic Call Center Representatives who are friendly, money-motivated, sales orientated & computer savvy.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• As a call center representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
• Follow up on customer inquiries.
• Set qualified sales appointments. (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!)
• Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.

Qualifications:

• The ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.
• Your experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.
• You possess general computer knowledge (MS office Word, Excel) & are internet savvy.
• You are always looking for an opportunity to increase sales, a way to improve your customer service skills or a way to impact the success of the company.
