Sales Professional Lawn Care / Turf Focus

We're a locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise building a team around accountability, knowledge, and long-term customer relationships. We're hiring one salesperson. The role this position is for someone who understands that lawn care is not a quick fixand knows how to communicate that clearly to homeowners. You'll be responsible for:

• Evaluating lawns and recommending appropriate programs
• Managing leads and following through consistently
• Building a book of business based on trust and results

Background experience in turf, lawn care, or agronomy is strongly preferred. Sales experience helpsbut we value understanding the product just as much. Compensation base salary + commission + bonuses Benefits package included

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
