State Farm Sales and Service Generalist

If you are money motivated and enjoy servicing clients, we have an opportunity for you. The position is with Bobby Branch Agency as a State Farm Sales and Service Generalist.

Licensing requirements include:

• Property and Casualty License
• Life Insurance License

Licensing reimbursement is available (needed to start). If a prospect can pass the exam within 2 attempts, all costs associated with passing the exam will be reimbursed. We recommend using Kaplan.com to purchase study courses. If using Kaplan, use the discount code: STATEFARMDISCOUNT. We recommend purchasing the zoom course to improve the odds of passing the exam within 3 attempts. The cost of each exam is $40.00. You will be required to pass the Michigan Property and Casualty Producer/Solicitor exam and the Michigan Life Insurance Producer exam.

Compensation details include:

• Starting Base Salary $25,000 Annual Base Guaranteed Base
• Commission and bonuses
• First Year associates make $42,000 to $60,000

Opportunities for advancement include:

• Managerial Roles
• Branch Ownership

Hours are:

• 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 7pm Wednesday

Responsibilities include:

• In-bound and outbound sales calls 60-100 Sales Calls per day
• Inbound Customer service calls 15-30 calls per day
• Selling Auto, Home, Fire, Life, and Business Insurance
• Cash handling
• Billing and Payments
• Assisting and educating current clients

Sales expectations include:

• 20 Auto
• 10 Fire
• 4 Life Insurance Policies

Training details include:

Paid Training Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
