Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As our Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and ability to develop rapport with prospects allows you to identify their needs, recommend solutions and earn their business. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) strongly preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Illinois Property, Casualty, Life, & Health licenses - must be able to obtain

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
