Salary/Package

Basic salary + bonus/package dependant with qualification and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting factual investigations and discovery
• Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation
• The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base
• Experience in court proceedings

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Insurance Coverage experience
• Experience in drafting coverage opinions and in litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases desired
• Experience with insurance defense desired
• Experience defending construction and premises liability matters desired
• Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication
• Excellent academic credentials
• The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
• Billable hours requirement is 1,950 hours per year

Certifications:

Candidate must be admitted and able to practice in the state they reside
