We are seeking a full time Insurance Process Specialist to join our Insurance Sales Process & Coaching Team!
This position is a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our office in Wilmington, DE. This role will also require you to travel throughout our market to work 1:1 with Agents.
To the qualified candidate, we offer:
- The starting base compensation for this position is $58,043 to $84,213. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
- This position is eligible to participate in our Annual Bonus Program with a target bonus percentage of 3%.
The primary duties of the Insurance Process Specialist are:
- Coach individual Insurance Sales Agents to apply ACA's consultative sales program and standardized sales processes in daily sales interactions.
