Interim Manager For MS Unit

Department: ORTHOPEDICS

Shift timings: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (5 Days/8 Hours)

Per Week: 40 Hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee MS-Acute Care Inpatient is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals.
• Responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing and coordination of the quality improvement process.
• Applies advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as, advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
