What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales, construction sales, or client relationship experience

Proven sales and closing ability

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and budgets

Self-motivated and driven by results

Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
