Join a Comprehensive, Team-Based Primary Care Practice

Bellin Health is seeking a Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) Physician to join our busy and well-established Ashwaubenon Clinic. This full-service clinic provides comprehensive, coordinated care with a strong emphasis on team-based care and worklife balance, including a 4-day work week.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by on-site services and a highly engaged care team.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule:
    • 40 hours/week
    • 32 patient-facing hours
    • Typically a 4-day work week
    • Large Call Group
    • Patient Volume: 1822 patients per day
    • Flexible employment options available

  • EMR: EPIC with remote access from home

  • Teaching opportunities with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay

Practice Details
  • Outpatient practice caring for both adult and pediatric populations

Compensation & Benefits
  • 2-year compensation guarantee
  • Production, quality, and value-based bonuses
Time Off & CME
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 200 hours annually during guarantee
    • 264 hours annually after guarantee
  • CME:
    • $5,000 annual stipend
    • 80 hours of CME time

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
  • Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
  • Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements

Preferred:

  • Dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
