Location: Onsite Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $26.55 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00AM 1:18PM plus overtime

We are looking for a Herman Pattern Loop to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Blow off wipe down patterns as required. Spray pattern with release agent.

  • Operate core setting robot.

  • Assist with pattern changes.

  • Operate hoist and Crane as well as perform safety check sheet.

  • Keep all patterns clean of any sticking or loose sand.

  • Operate PIV as well as perform check list

  • Communicate with operator and supervisor on hole changes, stickers, pattern changes.

  • Wear required P.P.E.

  • Follow LO/TO

  • Check chang and maintain day codes on all patterns

  • Check Sprue Formers go / no-go gauge

  • Attend tier one meetings

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
