Florida Palm Integration Project Manager

The Program Manager will work to achieve the goals and objectives of the Florida PALM Integration Project.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of the Florida PALM Integration Program
• Developing the program strategy, supporting business case, and enterprise-wide high-level project plans
• Ensuring integration of systems and projects and adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as needed
• Communicating with IT leadership, business leadership, and vendors
• Delivering all projects on time, within budget, and meeting strategic and business requirements
• Tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments
• Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing
• Scope definition, validation, and control
• Schedule planning, definition, sequencing, estimating, development, and controlling
• Quality planning, management, and controlling
• Resource planning, estimating, acquisition, development, management, and controlling
• Communications planning, management, and monitoring
• Risk planning, identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and response planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Stakeholder identification, planning, management, and engagement
• Issue management and tracking
• Managing and mentoring project leaders and project management staff
• Management of medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects
• Creation of agency specific user acceptance testing plan
• Coordination, tracking, and assistance with development of user acceptance test scripts
• Creation of training plan for agency managed end user training
• Ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders
• Monitoring contractor performance
• Serving as a single point of contact for reporting project status
• Serving as single point of contact between the customer and the PALM project team
• Providing detailed and summary reporting of project status, including progress and outlook
• Making recommendations for executive action when required
• Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
• Coordinating activities with Information Technology Services (ITS), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), BSP, IFS
