IT Supplier Relationship Management Leader

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be onsite at our Rosemont, IL Headquarters 2-3x per week (every other day). Position responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and adoption of the IT SRM governance framework across IT and applicable suppliers. Support supplier lifecycle management activities, lead performance governance, support commercial and contract management activities, support supplier value realization and financial oversight, and coordinate third-party risk and compliance activities with IT Risk/Security. Required education and experience include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of experience in IT vendor management/supplier relationship. Preferred experience includes implementing AI and/or automation solutions that streamline processes and procedures, improve data quality and reporting, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
