President/CEO (International Director)

Youth for Christ International is seeking a spiritually mature, visionary, and globally-minded leader to serve as President/CEO (International Director). This role provides spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership across the global movement, ensuring alignment with Youth for Christ International's mission, vision, and core values.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees and General Assembly, the President/CEO oversees global strategy, organizational health, financial sustainability, and mission execution while strengthening unity across a diverse, decentralized network.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement global strategic direction in partnership with the Board
• Model Christ-centered leadership and foster a culture of discipleship
• Lead and unify a multicultural movement across regions and national ministries
• Recruit, mentor, and empower international leadership teams
• Serve as the primary ambassador to global partners, stakeholders, and supporters
• Lead donor engagement and global resource mobilization efforts
• Ensure accountability, transparency, and effective organizational systems
• Build strong relationships with field leaders through consistent communication and presence
• Participate in Board meetings, global leadership gatherings, regional events, and partner engagement worldwide

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a mature Christian leader with a clear calling to youth ministry, combining spiritual depth with proven executive leadership experience.

• Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and communication skills
• Proven success in fundraising and financial stewardship
• Experience leading complex, decentralized organizations
• Collaborative, servant-hearted leadership style
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to build trust across diverse global stakeholders
• Fluent in speaking and understanding the English language
