We're looking for a responsible and skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team. The Ready-Mix Truck Driver's primary responsibility is to safely operate the concrete mixer, delivering loads to commercial and residential work sites. This role requires navigating a range of conditions, including uneven terrain, and may involve handling and attaching extension chutes weighing between thirty to fifty pounds.

As a Ready-Mix Driver at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include: safety and compliance, delivery and timing, discharge management, extension chute handling, truck maintenance, customer service, and team coordination.

To succeed in this role, you should bring: valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B), high school diploma preferred, proficient in English, acceptable CSA and MVR record, no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, strong understanding of safety protocols related to the construction and transportation industry, strong communication skills, knowledge of traffic routes, and basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep (desirable).
