TidalHealth is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with a minimum of two years of clinical experience to join our expanding and highly respected gastroenterology team in Salisbury, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, well-supported environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life near the coast, with the added option to engage in teaching and academic development through our ACGME GI Fellowship.

Position Highlights

• Established, high-volume practice with strong referral base

• Minimum 2 years of experience required (post-training)

  • 1:6 call schedule with at-home call. First call covered by APP or GI Fellow, supporting excellent work-life balance

• Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and advanced technology

• Dedicated support staff including experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment

Teaching & Academic Opportunities

• Opportunity to serve as Core or Voluntary Faculty within TidalHealth's graduate medical education programs

• Teach and mentor residents and/or fellows in both clinical and procedural settings

• Participate in curriculum development, case conferences, and academic initiatives
