As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects while fostering students’ social-emotional growth. You will collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll receive coaching, professional development, and leadership opportunities while advancing educational equity and student success.
