K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor - Education Nonprofit

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will work full-time in partner schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In collaboration with teachers, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, in-class support, and mentoring that builds students’ confidence and engagement. You will track progress, use data to inform support, and help create an inclusive, positive classroom climate. City Year offers training, coaching, and a collaborative culture rooted in social justice, leadership development, and personal growth.
