K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor - Nonprofit Education

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one academic support, mentoring, and homework help to students. You’ll track progress, reinforce classroom instruction, and lead activities that build engagement, social-emotional skills, and a positive school climate. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and a diverse team of AmeriCorps members, participate in professional development, and grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on students’ success.
