K-12 Academic Tutor and Youth Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects, especially literacy and math. You will build positive relationships, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom learning. In this role, you’ll also help lead enrichment activities, support a positive school climate, and serve as a consistent, encouraging presence for students.
