The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing in-store operations while cultivating and managing external customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in both retail management and territory-based sales leadership.
Core responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing day-to-day in-store operations to ensure efficiency, customer service excellence, and sales growth.
- Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the assigned territory to achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with external clients, key accounts, and channel partners.
- Collaborating across departmentssuch as marketing, product development, and logisticsto align efforts, resolve issues, and support customer needs.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust plans proactively.
- Preparing and delivering regular sales forecasts, reports, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and community functions to enhance brand presence.
- Providing coaching, training, and guidance to store staff to bolster customer experience and cross-functional alignment.
- Covering voids in our coverage calendar as needed or directed.
- Maintaining the sales floor to grand opening showroom standards.

Qualifications and experience include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, account management, or territory/retail operations.
- Demonstrated success in territory-based sales and client relationship management.
- Experience managing in-store teams and operational workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
