Laboratory Manager Phlebotomy

We are hiring an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee Phlebotomy and laboratory operations for a permanent opportunity in the Boston area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical laboratory professional ready to take on a leadership role with responsibility for staff, quality, compliance, and daily operations.

Position Highlights:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Leadership oversight of Phlebotomy/laboratory operations
• $83,000$120,000 annually, depending on experience

• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Lab Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission requirements
• Previous supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and quality-management skills
