Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year, 2 preferred. Hospital setting exp required
• Certs: HSD/GED, BLS (AHA or ARC), CPT Req but CPT1 strongly preferred
• Education: Phlebotomy Certificate
• Special Requirements: Epic Exp Req

Job Details:

• Weekend REQ: Yes, every other weekend
• Floating REQ: Yes
• On-Call REQ: No
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
