Our team leaders are responsible for supporting the senior management in executing daily operations and holding team members accountable for every component of operational excellence and our service recipe. The two main areas of focus for a team leader are completing tasks to make the restaurant run effectively and training/developing team members. Team leaders lead by example and set the tone for others to follow.

Responsibilities of the team leader:

• Participate operationally in daily activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest needs
• Help in training new employees, set the tone for change, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Opening and/or closing, lead changes, key holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Previous experience as a shift leader, team leader, supervisor, team captain, restaurant manager, assistant restaurant manager, or similar role is not required but preferred.
